No sorry but then they dont need to signal to planes behind that they are stopping cause planes cant levitate and if a plane got close enoguh to see it would be to late already so nope sorry.

I actually asked a captin this on my last holiday on a plane.

While on the ground we do not travel at such a speed while taxiing that brake lights are needed. When we come up behind another plane, we can tell if it is slowing down or stopping with sufficient time to get our plane stopped.

And of course in the air, we are not nearly close enough to be able to see brake lights if they were installed.

No need. Aircraft do not fly near each other, except in military formations. Brake lights are on vehicles to warn others directly behind them that they are slowing down or stopping.

On the ground, ground control tells the aircraft where to taxi to, when to hold, and when to proceed.

Aircraft do, however, have anti-collision lights mounted at the bottom and top of the fuselage. There are also navigation/position lights at each wingtip and one on the tail. This help other aircraft at night determine if another aircraft is flying towards or away from them.

No, there is no practical purpose for it.
If a plane is taxiing to the runway, it has gotten clear instructions on where to go from the tower. Brake lights would present an engineering challenge with no benefits.
As far as in the sky goes, if you're close enough to see whether any lights would be on, you're WAY too close.

no because when pilots taxi the other planes just keep a good distance so they dont get a jet blast and flip the plane over. pilots are smarter than stupid rednecks who tail others on the freeway!

No.
Just don't get too close in case one suddenly decides to stop whilst flying at 30,000 feet. Oh by the way before you ask, they do not have indicators either, the pilot sticks his hand out.

No, nothing should be close enough to run into the back of it when its landing so there is no need.
