it hurts so freakin bad man seriously. it feels like someone is continuing to pound on my head with a hammer its on the right side of my head.

This may be a form of exertional headache. It could also be that your blood pressure goes up dramatically. You really need to go to your doctor to be sure there's nothing serious going on here. If it's a "simple" exertional headache, your doctor can recommend something for you to take to prevent these headaches.

oh man. my cousin drew is the same exact way, and what helps is to eat or drink a little somethin after every 20-35 reps. So i hope that that helps, it might and it might not so, if it doesnt you should really consider seeing a doctor. It should help, i get the same way some times as well. Me and my cousin talk about it and we came up with somethin and it worked. Ya gotta stay in shape to play the sports that ya love!!! Hola back if it gets better!

These are called exertion headaches or excercised induced headaches. It's a great question. It wouldn't hurt to get an excercise stress test to check your heart. See article.

go see your doc, you may have some blood pressure problems or a serious health problem. i don't want to freak you out but suffice it to say go get it checked on as soon as you can.

Sounds like you might be holding your breathe. If that's not it, go to the doctor ASAP.
