I must admit that I am not a good judge of ethnic foods. I have never had Thai, Greek, Moroccan, Turkish, Indian, Mediteranean, or Korean food. I do like Chinese, Italian, Mexican, and good ol' American meat and taters.

Mexican for me pls. The spiciest, the best. As a Greek though, we have great cuisine, my American friends who visit me love it.

Italian is my favorite, but when we go out Korean and Indian are the most consistent

real Mexican food...not the American version( enter chain restaurant here)
went on vacation in cabo san lucas, mexico and had some tacos at a place called "taco pisa" a little hole in the wall place that had outdoor seating on the sidewalk...great food

Indian! I know that's a broad catergory, but my tastes are broad. I've never met an Indian dish yet that I disliked.

I love Mediterranean food. Spinach, feta, kalamata olives, roma tomatoes, falafel, hummus, pita, tabouli....mmmmmmm! Making me hungry!

Anything Italian, especially if it has penne pasta in the mix! With the added benefit, penna pasta does not flap me on the chin, so I don't look messy for my guest(s).
