i do them 3 times a day 1 hour straight none stop no water nothing

I'm going to show you two articles that can help you out in a sec....

You shouldn't exercise ur legs n butt every single day because if you do ur body will not get anytime to rest( The point of resting is so that ur muscles can have time to develop without being overworked...)..I think if u keep going at the rate u r ur body will get used to the exercise and u won't see any benefits...Try to do squats at least three times a week(be sure to stretch afterward)...Do at least 3-4 sets of at least 12-15 reps...Also if u keep on doing the same thing, the same amount of times, everyday, u will get bored with it and probably stop...I dunno here are the articles: (pls read and then see if u want to follow my advice or not):

The first one is for ab & butt excersices

and the second one is for an all around better body..

o, and I gotta tell ya, I don't think ur butt will get bigger with any exercise..It will however be toned and more perky..I say this so that you don't go into ur workout thinking ur butt will increase to twice it's size...

it's good to stay hydrated while working out, and depending on the intenstiy of the exercise and the different variations of stances while doing the squat will affect other parts of the entire leg and lower body muscles, try combining squats with other types of lower body exercises like stiff legged deadlifts, front squats, normal deadlifts, leg press etc and watch your booty grow, i've tried to do less squats because of this though and replaced them with more leg press because it's not sexually appealing on a guy i find :P.

you need to drinks lots of water before and during exercise


massaging it might also help making it bigger, e-mail me if you need help with that.

what you are doing is counterproductive to inducing hypertrophy in skeletal muscle.
