You seem to fail to realize that no matter what :This earth suit that you call a body, will fail and die. Your soul continues on forever..
Mankind had a very fair trial. How long must he suffer (Or put up) with the whining, my life sucks, God is responsible for all evil, moaning and groaning lost people..
Don`t you all see, He is right there ready to accept you home. However if you choose not to live with the family, your life sucks because of you. He don`t even see you..
God bless from Texas <><

God would be found innocent of course. For any lawyer worth his/her salt could argue that one right out of court on a variety of reasons. One reason being that "an act of God" cannot be construed as murder, according to past judgements. Another being that the fact that you are "sitting in the courtroom" would prove that He did not in fact destroy mankind.
It goes on, and that's not even needing to use a Biblical verse, or a single "vulgar" word.

If this were a court case, I'd sue god for pain and suffering, mental anguish, property damage, and the biggie wrongful death. Yes we have been convicted illegally by our fellow man. Those who believe in god (fundamentalists) believe that non believers and atheists are all destined to eternal death no matter what good the said nonbelievers do for mankind. I say that's unfair and unlawful prosecution... which to me borders on persecution.

But God didn't destroy everything he made, that is where Noah comes in.
We have been convicted by the fact that we are all not perfect and we make mistakes. We receive clemency through Jesus. Nothing is certain except death and taxes.
No vulgar language necessary.

Yes, we really have to die. No one gets out of here alive.
But if we follow the rules laid down by Jesus, we get clemency in the next life.
As for being convicted "illegally", whose laws are you using to judge God? Are you assuming that he did not follow his own rules, or just not yours?

Technically, according to the laws of ownership, we wouldn't have been entitled to a trial at all. As the "creator" he would technically have all rights of ownership, which includes the right of alienation (which means to destroy or do away with) and can execute that right at any point in time that he sees fit.

There isn't a law against flooding the earth. And he didn't destroy every living thing - he left pairs of all the animals.
