did a guy say that about you? cuz if he did then that means he thinks you are easy. he is saying that he is sure that the next time he sees you he's going to sex you.

the word tirar for having sex doesnt necessary mean that the guy is from spain he could be from any where. im puerto rican and the guys in puerto rico use the same word.

He is saying:

I am guessing he is from Spain.
Because in Spain "tirar" means "to throw away something" but it also means to have sex.
