i have been seeing him for 10 months we were both from long term relationships i had been seperated for 8 months him just 2...the entire relationship he has kept his ties with her saying its all her just wanting him back well im not that dumb no one is going to hang on that long without someone enticing them too... last wk we got into a big fight basically broke up he had every oppurtunity to go back to her i even told him too, but he begged me for a solid week to let him come home, i gave in on friday... sunday he had left his phone here and of course i had to snoop (everyone would) well i found texts telling her he missed her!!! wtf???? is going on in his head??? my real question though is how do i get something on him besides the phone thing i dont want him to know i snooped.... i have to get out of this relationship please help me it is damaging my mind my heart and my view of men....PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

SLACKER!!!!! Let him go!!! Don't turn it into a darn court case, he already failed. You don't owe him an explanation, althou he sure as hell owes you. And besides in true love situations if he really cared, you snoopin the phone doesn't matter, nothing to hide right. And I would be more then happy to open my doors to a lady I love, and I'd would of got a laff out of her checking out my phone "Get Jeaous Much?" Ether way it could be that he doesn't know his own mind, see some people never really confront there emotions as much as they just flow thru them. So he could geniunly care and love you one moment, then do the same with her, but this just proves how cheating really works. See cheating doesn't mean just sleeping with people, of course we like to think that because most of our relationships are simply based on just that. But really it comes down to "cheating" the amount of effort one can put into a relationship, so you can cheat with your time, emotions, spirtuality, space, and all kinds of other things. So really it doesn't matter let go of this boy, he doesn't represent anything that is worth your love, but your the only one whose going to pay the price for that mistake, well that and everyone who loves you, or actually loves you, sorry, and good luck.
