I'm flattered when guys stare at mine of course, but I also wish they could stare at the other parts of my body an not just at my racks. =)
Mind you, I also sometimes stare at the other girls' and fantasize some stuffs. LoL!!
Am I just a hypocrite here...? What do all of you think here? Guys and girls? As a Lady myself, what should I do or tell him (or even her)?

I can guarantee you that we also check out that azz. If you see a guy checking out the front and want him to watch the back,, put a little swing in those hips.

The most common answer would be, we are always fascinated with what we don't have, and since the female rack is the most obvious attribute that women have and men don't, that would attract attention. But it goes deeper then that, partially it is what we have been trained by society and peer groups. Are perceptions that Breast are good and beautiful are reinforced by the media and advertising. And it is reinforced that the bigger the better, if a guy states to a buddy that he likes smaller rather than bigger, he is frequently derided as being crazy, thus reinforcing these perceptions.
There is a lot of psycho babble that could go down this line but this at least scratches the surface

Because they're beautiful... It's pretty rude not to look someone in the face when you're talking to them, though. It's also kind of rude to stare and drool in an obvious way...

it's basic human instict ....
it's the same thing as an animal sizing up a mate in the wild......and breasts are a very important part of reproduction.......even if your happily married w/ children...... you have to look ......... sorry if we offend

If they are staring at your boobs when you try to have a conversation, politely tell them "Hey, my FACE is up here" (point toward your face).
