Find someone/place in your area that sells natural/herbal remedies, ask for peppermint oil. I used to have bad migraines someone i worked with had me try it thought the 1st time they were crazy wanted to vomit from the smell, but within 10 min it was a normal headache in 20 it was gone!

Sleep in a dark room and drink water or juice! Sometimes a warm or a cold cloth can help ease the pain. Also massaging back of your neck and head can help too. The only thing that works for me is prescription pain relievers... I'm sure there are herbs and stuff that you can take too, just not sure what. Anyway, hope that helps a little!

I agree with the previous post about peppermint oil, however I would try to figure out why you are getting the migraines. Typically they have to do with a hormonal imbalance that can very easily be fixed.
