The Holy Ghost is a specific being--the third Member of the Godhead. The Holy Ghost is a spirit being who serves as a witness of God the Father and Jesus Christ. As a spirit, his presence can be felt by many people throughout the world at the same time, and he can dwell in our hearts. When Jesus left the Apostles, he said that he would send the Holy Spirit to be their Comforter. The Holy Spirit can help us to feel God's love for us, and recognize the Truth of God.
There is a very interesting early Christian document (written around 150 AD) called the Ascension of Isaiah. You can find it online. In this text, the prophet Isaiah is taken up to the highest Heaven and given the opportunity to see God on his Throne. Isaiah notes that there are two figures standing to either side of God, who is seated on his throne. To his right is the Beloved One (Jesus) and then Isaiah asks his angelic guide who is the other being to God's left. The angel tells him that it is the "angel of the Holy Spirit." Isaiah then joins Jesus and the Holy Spirit in praising God. This passage is very interesting as it shows both Jesus and the Holy Spirit as separate beings from the Father and from each other. It also shows the Holy Ghost to be like the angels (in some ways) but holding the high position as being a part of the Divine Triad, standing to the left side of God.

Dear Friend,
When Jesus was on trial and was asked: "What is truth ?" Jesus made no reply. If Jesus were to have been asked: "WHO is Truth?" "I AM" would have been Jesus' answer !
There is no "Holy Ghost". Ghosts do not actually exist, and the cartoon "Casper the ghost" is both fake and not holy.
The proper name is the Holy Spirit or the Infinite Spirit or the Divine Activator of the infinite Paradise Father-Son Union.
GOD the Father is I AM Personality and is infinite Volition (Will) and He is the One Uncaused Cause of All Reality.
GOD the Son is the Personal Revelation of GOD to Heavens and universes.
GOD the Spirit is the Infinite Activator of the combined will of GOD the Father and GOD the Son to all other things and beings. In our universe made by our Creator Son Jesus Christ, the Infinite Spirit is fully Present in and as the Holy Spirit Who is the Co-equal Creative Partner (Bride) of Jesus.
Thus we have here all the fullness of God to us in Jesus !
The Holy Spirit has and still does make countless trillions of Angels, high to low as needed Helpers of Her. [the Bride of Christ is "She" (or "Her") not another "He". Only a "he" plus a "she", united together, can create or co-create more beings for our Father GOD !]
Peace and progress,
Brother Dave, a Jesusonian

The holy Ghost is inside you. You know that little voice that says :: Hey, I shouldn`t do this, or do that... Mostly we ignore it, Unfortunately.
God is the soul
Jesus is the face of God
The Holy Ghost is the voice of God.
Like the parts of your hand. You have fingers, thumbs, palms, together the parts make up the whole hand. The three parts above make the whole God...

The holy ghost is God's spirit, or if say your conscience. It tells you right from wrong, good or bad. And only the people who have it are the people being blessed from God. Think of all those people who have no conscience, for instance no remorse or just don't care about human life.

Not quite. Biblically, the holy ghost is part of the "godhead" meaning a third of god. Angels are entirely different entities

The comforter, the voice for God, our guide in our journey back to our creator. Jesus said when he left that he would send us the comforter. Angels are different, they are external. The Holy Spirit is an inside job.
