When we are over worried or in stress and physical mental emotional pain the remembrance of our Allah and reading His holy books, and asking him the comfort which we do need is the last and most powerful source and refuge for each of us. It give us Hope to live the pain with patience. The company of spiritual people who have direct link only with Him,and the religious holy places are also a source of comfort for weak and distressful people, as there they get a chance to observe people worse than their own selves, so they get courage and inner faith and hope, being better than others. Always try to see people in worse conditions than you, and it will give you hope and courage to pay thanks to your creator, which will bring comfort and faith.

It has been the source of comfort to millions of people and has attracted the attention of philosophers, religious thinkers, scientists and people from all walks of life. Next to the Bible, it has been the most translated book in the world. There has been a number of translators and commentators on the Bhagavad Gita, some of them are Adi Sankaracharya, Ramanuja, Madhavacharya, Mahatma Gandhi, Annie Besant and Srila Prabhupada (founder of the International Society for Krsna Consciousness - ISKCON, popularly known as the Hare Krsna movement).

Krishna speaks to Arjuna on inner peace and true eternal happiness at the center of a battle field.

Bhagavad Gita is part of the epic 'The Mahabharata'. The story of the Mahabharata is about a feud between royal cousins, the Pandavas and the Kauravas. From their younger days, Duryodhana and his brothers (the Kauravas), harbor illwill towards Arjuna and his brothers (the Pandavas). The Kauravas try to harm the Pandavas in many ways but without success. The hatred culminates in the Kauravas refusing to share the kingdom which belonged to both. This results in war. Krishna is a cousin to both the Kauravas and the Pandavas and agrees to be Arjuna's charioteer. Since the war is one between cousins, there are relatives and friends on both sides fighting each other. Just when the two sides have assembled on the battle field, Arjuna breaks down. He is unable to fight his kith and kin for the desire of pleasures. Krishna then tells him why he should fight. Finally, Arjuna becomes convinced and he fights a war that he wins.

God uses the context of the Bhagavad Gita to talk to humans. The inference you get is that Love is the way. The Bhagavad Gita shows how Love turns out in life.

There is a concordance and agreement between the Bhagavad Gita and other religious texts like The Bible, The Koran and The Dhammapada.

We tend to be comfortable when we aren't in pain or stressed. This includes environmental considerations, such as temperature and humidity, as well as mental stresses, such as death, religious repression, or job issues.
