They don't cause road rage, YOU cause road rage. They are a lot smarter than you. Someone who is a brain surgeon understands the risks of driving at high speeds. You apparently don't. Maybe after you have a serious accident you will get it. Until then, I suggest you sign up for anger management.
btw, I don't know about other states but in California the minimum speed on a free-flowing freeway is 45 mph. You can be ticketed if you go below that.

Maybe you should go see Dr. Gupta and get some valiumn. Or go see Mr. Ling on the corner and get some ginger root to calm that temper.
The speed limit is just that. The upper limit of the speed it is not against the law to go 10 m.p.h. below the limit in most cases.
Relax.
Do you know what the life expectancy of an Asian person is as compared to an average caucasian American? They live 20 - 30 years longer than we do.
That's because they don't stress about crap they don't need to.
They don't road rage... They don't stress...
They're smarter than you... not dumber.
Chill out, dude.
Yer gonna get an ulcer and have to go the see Dr. Patel.

OK you need to check your outlook on other people. There's so many things wrong with what you said... First there's nothing wrong with driving little bit slow. But there's something wrong with you who have no patience for other people (and their difference).
Where there's a need, they would post MIN speed limit. As one of the poster above said, I don't see you complaining about speeders.
As YOU said, they are driving below the LIMIT. You are suppose to drive BELOW the limit. There absolutely NO LAW that says you have to drive AT the limit.
===
People are doctors and surgeons because they are smart. They don't include speed driving as one of the final test to becoming a doctor because... you can be plenty dumb and still drive fast. It is strange that you didn't figure that out by yourself.

Have you ever been to Japan or China to watch people drive? For one thing the word respect for others and yourself is of utmost importance. It's part of their culture.
I recently visited Japan's cities and there were no horns blowing, people shouting at each other and streets were cleaner than a hospital.
The streets were very narrow and it wasn't unusual to see 2,3 and 4 lanes of traffic moving in an orderly fashion.
Perhaps in America, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and other people from the far western parts of Asia and India aren't use to our 65 - 70 mph. speed limits. Unless posted otherwise they may drive as slow and cautious as they please.
In my personal opinion you should show a little tolerance and patience. Show them your respect and the ball will roll on.
Your question about driving experiances and impatience is one of the things all foreigners do not like about Americans.

Well, you're being a little discriminative aren't ya? I know a lot of white, and black, and mexican ppl that drive slow. I think ppl may drive slow, because they may have had an accident, or maybe they don't know the area too well. Could have too many tickets, and they want to play it safe. Maybe, they're just out Sunday driving, and not in a hurry to get home yet. Don't just blame the ppl from those nationalities when everyone does it. It's not fair to the ppl who don't.

For your information, the speed limit is a maximum, not a minimum. You don't complain about the people going over the limit, who are breaking the law, but you complain about those going 10 mph under the limit, who are following the law.
Take a deep breath and step back and look at your own anger. Also, if you left home a few minutes earlier, you'd probably get to where you're going on time.

If you drive below the speed limit on the highways it saves gas. You shouldn't be driving if you have road rage. In case of when accidents happen it's takes more space to brake...if you drive to fast. Have a little patience. :)

Nice rant ..... we have an Indian guy in our office that has a new 3 month old car that has dents and scrapes all over it.
The guy can't drive for ****. He has a new dent at least once a week. It's a good thing he doesn't lease. There is a large Indian population near my office, I see most of them walking which is a good thing.

Now now calm down, don't get your knickers in a twist. You've obviously got something against driving 10mph below the speed limit, haven't you. Well, I think you're big enough and ugly enough to deal with this trivial problem. Take 3 deep breaths....one....two....three....feel better?

Old people of all races do it too why not include them in your rant?
Why include a paticular race at all?
Not fair, all kinds of people do it not just the ones you mentioned.
You should meditate, it works to control rage.
You seem to have a lot.
