I am married to an active duty military and have a dependent ID card. Does my daughter (which is step-daughter to my enlisted husband) but considered his dependent receive an ID card too? She is registered on DEERS with him but she is only 2 years old so does she get and ID card at such a young age?

10 years and older,i guess until that age the military figures the child will be with one of the parents till then.but where your daughter is a step and probably will go with her father once in awhile its best to ask the base, each base may have their own rules regarding the situation.i know i had to get id cards for my girls and they are 4 and 5,but they are my husbands step children so it might be the same way for you

Not until she reaches the age of 10, we are dual (hes active and I am in the Guard) Military so all 3 of our children have id cards.

For the Armywife : Children do not get one when they go overseas they do however get a passport big difference.
When we went to Germany my son was 2 months old he had a passport , hes 6 now got his military dependent id at 5

I got my ID last week. you need: 1- an ID with a photo of you 2- another form of ID, can be SS or birth certificate you dont need the marriage certificate. If you are away from any base/post, you can go to any RAPIDS site and get your ID done. be sure to call before going to verify. Here is the link where you can get your ID done:

Yes, My son is eligible for one through my husband (his step-father). I am not sure about her age though. I am not sure at what age they need to be. Call the base and ask.
