You have to find your center. You must listen to your intuition and feel satisfied deep inside. When I saw I was using only judgmental words I was surprised so I switched to descriptive ones and by describing situations instead of judging them I understood the situations I never had before. Judgment words are really pre-judgments and not new thinking or careful observation, not seeing things as they are, but how you always thought they where. Actually things are changing by the minute and need the new thought for the new situation. Judging in more remembering. I call it thoughting. Thinking more of what you already thought, not in the present, old ideas for old situations. Truth is relative. Relative to the situation, people and time. Any way changed my whole perspective so an article on Emotional Intelligence now jumped out at me or touched me, an aha moment. We are run by our emotions for all our fancy thinking we bend everything unilt we're right back at the same place, different names. Since emotions are actually king we have to understand them. When I stopped judging and learned to love my weight dropped 20 pounds because I was not confusing emotional emptiness with physical emptiness and could actually feel stuffed and not hungry. That's why living in easy world you have no emotional, spiritual hunger but tap into to infinitly deep well of love inside all of us. You intutition answers all questions because the mind thinks in pictures and pictures don't lie. If the pictures don't match you feel upset, or the thought may come, should I do that. If there is a question like that the answer is no. The intuition guides guides you and if you ask yourself anything it will give you an answer. The answers we always ignore. Einstein put it this way, "If the idea doesn't seem wrong at first, there's no hope for it." Those ideas that seem wrong need exploring, like where did they come from? They are there for a reason or you can just go live in easy world and the mind will lead you aright and the heart will be aligned with the universe inside and outside by extension somehow. For instance you spot other harmonious people and from the rest naturally drift away. We have to stop juging ourselves and others and love ourelves and others. I know no other way. You always good enough.

alright, this was actually on the news.
its kinda like getting addicted to a cigarrette,
some people can easily quit, while others
struggle and struggle. i would say that you have a shopping
addiction.
what you need to do, is talk to a professional. I am not saying you have mental problems or anything, but if
you stop cold turkey, you might get sick. seriously, it sounds
dumb, but if you are addicted to shopping, there is a
reason you do it, and if one of them is because it makes you
feel better, than you will start feeling depressed.
I would say that you need to start with a budget EVERY single time you go shopping. Start out fairly large and then
with every shopping trip get a smaller sum. Pretty soon you will be able to shop w/o a budget because you are used to
not spending as much.

BUt if this doesn't help, I really would suggest seeing
someone.

Best of luck.

Can you afford to do this or are you getting in to debt on credit cards? What else could you do with the money if you did not spend it all on clothes? There are only so many outfits you can wear before they go out of fashion and think of all the room they take up and the time you have to waste deciding which goes what . Just think of all the little children spending hours and hours cooped up in factories in the 3rd world making these clothes just because people like you want to have clothes to buy in the shops.
when you want to go out and buy clothes you do not need.think of the profit you are putting in to the shop-owners pocket and how empty yours is. I am not having a go at you just trying to help put you off spending money on clothes to clutter your space
