I have exactly problem like you do. I guess that is a hair's follicle who is left out when we did waxing. I like to squeeze it one by one or when i take shower i will use a towel to rub the pore surface up&down right& left until the black thing out from the pore! Its a tiring process, but if you do not do that, your waxing or shaving will not as perfect as you wish for coz on your skin will still appeared blacky dots surface... pfiuhh it's hard to be a perfect woman with these hair's issue.

They're black heads, which can be caused by blockage of your pores by the hot wax. You can avoid getting them by shaving or Nair-ing instead of waxing. If that doesn't sound like something you'd consider doing, get a good anti-blackhead cleanser (I like Neutrogena Anti-Acne Body Scrub) and go over your legs with it and a bath puffy after waxing, to clear the pores.

Or a tiny drop of blood left under the skin from the pull. I wouldn't squeeze them out no matter what they are though.

just the rest of your hair.( the bulb) Be careful which direction your are applying and pulling the wax. Hair changes directions a lot on a leg and not taking the time to follow along with that you can just break the hair not actually pull it all of the way out

Sounds like black heads. Maybe you should switch to a lotion that doesn't have a lot of oil in it. Like Vaseline Intensive Care Aloe Cool and Fresh lotion.
