I've just been re-reading the book, so I'll mention the several films of "Little Women." I have the 1933 one on DVD, which stars Katharine Hepburn as Jo. The 1949 one has Elizabeth Taylor as Amy, June Allyson as Jo, Janet Leigh as Meg, and Margaret O'Brien as Beth. The 1978 one is notable in having William Shatner as Professor Bhaer. The 1994 edition has Winona Ryder as Jo.

If you are looking for one with boys rather than girls, that's tougher, as I am a female and have not made much of stories about boys. I suppose "Boys' Town" or one of those "reforming the bad boys" stories would serve.
