I went in for an interview on friday, I did all 3 interviews the same day. They made me go and take a drug test, and now its Tuesday and Im waiting for a call back. I know i havent been waiting that long, but should I call them back and see whatsup? Or should I just wait it out? Im really anxious to start working. What should I do?

You don't say how long it's been (except to say it hasn't been long), but sure, call them, it shows you are motivated, enthusiastic, and very interested. When my mother went for an interview when she graduated HS for a secretarial job, she called twice to find out what the story was, and was offered the job and worked there for 42 yrs. At one point the lawyer who hired her said she had the least experience (none!) of all the candidates, but she was the only one to call him to ask about the job and show a big interest.

Call Wal*Mart right now & ask them if they have made a decision yet as to their hiring. Employers like enthusiasm in their prospective employees. Good luck!! :)

Give them time. Most labs don't work on the weekends so I bet Wal-Mart doesn't even have the results yet. Relax:) and good luck.
