Carrying huge personal debit because of consumerism is a good way to get yourself in trouble spiritually.

But, I NEVER answer spam, no matter who it is from.

Peace be with you!

It is simply spam that targets a particular audience. In this case, the con artists are going after religious people. Fraud is fraud, and that is what those spammers are committing.

If you are solicited for debt-reduction programs, there is a high chance that it is a spam pitch. If you really want to reduce or eliminate your debt, speak to a personal financial analyst at a reputable company.

The Christian way to eliminate debt is to pay your bills. What you're getting is in fact spam, and it's just another example of using the label of Christian to try to capture a client - all the while not practicing Christian principles.

The Christian way is to make up a bunch of documents that prove that you have eliminated your debts. They are long and impossible to read and don't really make any sense so the collectors will give up and just write it off.

I hate those things. They're just people who like to use the name of Christian to get people to use them. I just hit the "spam" button.

After seven years your debts are supposed to be forgiven according to the Bible, I think. Is that right, Christians? Maybe they teach you how to hang tight for seven years?

Give money to God and he will return it 10x over. I got some junk mail about it a while back. And laughed it off as a tax on stupidity.
