God did not create us as robots, nor the world in that manner. God gave us free will. Our free will is what causes such events

This question has people wondering if God really exist. well I try to give you an answer. check back later. Jantoo ilustration is very good. Another reason why there is so much bad, is because we humans don't have the right to rule ourself or very yet rule someone else. Jeremiah 10 23 I well know, O Jehovah, that to earthling man his way does not belong. It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his step. Yuo see here it clearly said that can't even guide our own step, so why are we guiding some else. All the hatred you see, is man made. God has set a time and day when he will end all of these things we now see, he is allowing all of these thing, for a reason (different question), but he has promised that all die due the consequences of this world, will have a sencond chance in a paradise world. (He will soon take matters in his own hand)

This will make you think for a while.
At a certain college there was a professor with a reputation for being tough on Christians. At the first class, every semester, he asked if anyone was a Christian and proceeded to degrade them and to mock their statement of faith. One semester, he asked the question and a young man raised his hand.
The professor asked, "Did God make everything young man?"He replied "Yes sir he did!"
The professor responded,! "IF God made everything, then he made evil"
The student didn't have a response and the professor was happy to once again prove the Christian faith to be a myth.
Then another man raised his hand and asked, "May I ask you something, sir?" "Yes, you may," responded the professor.
The young man stood up and said, "Sir, is there such a thing as cold?" Of course there is, what kind of a question is that? Haven't you ever been cold?"
The young man replied, "Actually, sir, cold doesn't exist. What we consider to be cold, is really an absence of heat. Absolute zero is when there is absolutely no heat, but cold does not really exist. We have only created that term to
describe how we feel when heat is not there."
The young man continued, Sir, is there such a thing as dark?" Once again the professor responded, "Of course there is."And once again, the student replied, "Actually, sir, darkness does not exist. Darkness is really only the absence of light. Darkness is only a term developed to describe what happens when there is no light present."
Finally, the young man asked, "Sir, is there such a thing as evil?"The professor responded, "Of course, we have rapes, murders and violence everywhere in the world, Those things are evil."
The student replied, "Actually, sir, evil does not exist. Evil is simply the absence of God. Evil is a term developed to describe the absence of God.God did not create evil. It isn't like truth, or love which exist as virtues like heat or light. Evil is simply the state where God is not present, like cold without heat, or darkness without light."
The professor had nothing to say................
Be full of Christ today, there is no room for anything else . .

It is SAD !!!
NOTE: The creation of heaven was before the creation of the earth. Verse 3 goes to this: And God said, Let there be light ( understanding ). So we see that before there was a heaven there was God. John 1: 1-5........In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made. In Him was life and the life was the light ( understanding ) of men. And the light shineth in darkness (evil, Satan, ignorance,,,) and the darkness comprehended it not.
The KEY to most concepts is found in the basic understanding of God. All the whys refer back to the "CONCEPT" you have about God. Without a SOLID foundation how can one build ?
Since all things came from God, then the devil himself also came from God. When Darkness ( chaos, confusion, etc...) was upon the face ( God ) of the deep, God separated the things inside Him. The most outstanding darkness is known to us as the devil. The outstanding Light is known to us as Jesus, Jesus being on the right side ( the side of Power ).
All the good in the world comes from Jesus.
All the bad in the world came from the devil.
SEPARATION ! All was manifest in the spiritual realm, and is being manifested in the natural realm. This separation process has been going on in the natural realm since the revealing of Satan, so all can see and judge.
Romans 1:20 says : For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so they are without excuse.
This same separation is what is expected of Christians. We are to do introspection constantly, dividing the good from the evil. The darkness from the light. Replacing ignorance with understanding. We are to REVEAL what is in us, and judge. That righteous judgment is given to us by the Word .

Because He wants us to come to Him on our own; He can't force us to love Him. If He somehow made everything peachy for everybody, no one would see a need for His protection & provision - we'd all simply assume that our lives were great because of how we live.
The question isn't so much Why does God allow..., but Why do men cause... It started with Adam, but can end with each of us, individually, as we come to depend on God. The hateful, disasterous situations won't necessarily end, but He will give us the strength & grace to deal with them.

I heard Father John Corapi give the best explanation I've ever heard.
He said that when bad things happen, it is always for some greater good. You only have to look at Jesus on the cross as proof of that.
We may not know what that "good" is now. We may never know. But we just have to trust that God is in control.

I believe that everything happens for a reason, I do not always understand the reasons, but I do learn something from everything that happens. Think about it, as children, we learn best from those mistakes that carry consequences, and I feel that those lessons learned in adulthood are the same, the more severe the consequences the better the lesson learned.

It's simple, really. We all have free will to choose how we will behave and react, and the attitudes we have. God does not interfere with that. If that happened, we would in effect be human robots. Man can only decide for himself how he will behave and react; it cannot be forced on him to behave in a way that is contrary to his chosen attitude. Man is the one who has to change his attitude and turn to God. Evil acts will not stop until Man has a change of heart and tires of war and murder.

Why doesn't God heal amputees?
Who created God?
Why does God allow evil to exist?
Basically, if God were truly omnipotent, he could not be good. Omnipotent=all-powerful. Not just good. If he created everything, then he created evil, too. So, it is fully possible for an all-powerful deity to be associated with "bad" as well as "good." If you want to use those trite, nebulous terms.

The fact that God permits physical and even moral evil is a mystery that God illuminates by his Son Jesus Christ who died and rose to vanquish evil. Faith gives us the certainty that God would not permit an evil if he did not cause a good to come from that very evil, by ways that we shall fully know only in eternal life.
