I am trying to drop some weight while I am young, (19, 200lb female,) so I don't have the health issues as I get older. I have started by eating better portions, and healthier meals, which seems ok. I have started excersizing, going from nothing to jogging/walking in the morning for 20 minutes before I go to work, and 25-50 crunches.

How soon will it be that I see results, and is that enough excersize to lose the weight? What is a healthy drop per week? Any ideas for not being hungry all the time?

Sorry, I know it is a lot of questions, but I don't really know.

And is crystal light the same as if I drank just water?

To answer your first quest. , it really depends on the person inorder to tell when you'll start seeing results. But definitely by a month to 3 months you should see results. Now you should be losing 1-2 pounds a week however....anymore isnt that healthy b/c then you could be losing precious muscle which you dont want to do.
You need to eat 6 times a day (3 small meals and 3 snacks in between each meal) you'll be eating approximately every 2-3hrs.
Make sure its low in calorie as well as carbs... So portion is the key thing here.
As far as excersise. Try doing cardio "at lest'' 3 times a week about 30 mins, if you can do more then thats awesome.
The best time to do cardio is in the morning ''b4" breakfest, why? well this is the time where your blood sugar is low and your body as to use body fat to use as fuel for you cardio.
Thus losing more fat.
For being hungry all the time , well by eating 6 times a day it will also elimenate those cravings but if it is still bad...the go get a mult vitamin.
Exercise is always good so besides cardio if you can do some LOW weight excersise then that will also contribute...
Good luck

You have to dedicate your time on exercising. Focus mainly on treadmill and cardio because they burn calories so fast. If you do it for at least 30 minute a day - everyday, you will see a great result in couple of weeks. along with your exercise is a balance diet such as: 6 servings of carbs per day, 8 for fruits, 3 for meats and lots of water. Avoid, softdrinks, junk food (they are very high in calories such as: chips, peanuts, cashews ets....) Try not to eat avocado since it's really high in fat. And my secret is to stop eating by 6 pm. Try eating dinner at 5:30 pm. I used to weight 150 lbs, but 2 months later I am now down 130.
