This question is asked all the time on here.
Us guys know if we like a girl or not. You usually cant drastically change that. So just be yourself, and let him know that your interested.
Its 2007, not the 80s. Its okay to ask us guys out nowadays.

Well you have to make him want you. Good ways to do this vary on who you are and what he is.
Are you skinny, attractive? Then go for the whole flirt routine. Be a flirt and tease. Wear some skimpy clothing around him. Then when he tries to come up to you ignore him for a little while. Then after you let a few days pass flirt a little more and let him get a little closer to you. Eventually he'll ask you out.
If your not very attractive you should concentrate on being his friend. Go on a diet, and work out. Let him get to know you then eventually you should get an opening for something more than friendship.

Flirt. Use eye contact and smile (multiple times 'cause we men don't always get the hint). Flick your hair. Look "up and to the side" at him and show your neck (search the web for photos of Princess Diana - she was a master at this). Lightly touch (brush) him with your hand (you can do this by asking him to hand you something, espcially something personal like your purse).
Guys don't easily get the message that a girl is interested. You may need to flirt on multiple occasions. Guys will eventually respond if they feel that a girl is interested.

You dont. UNless you know for sure he likes you and wants to ask you out, nothing you can say or do is going to help. If you know for a fact he likes you then just let him know that you would be open to going out with him.

Let him know that you like him, and be flirty towards him. If he doesnt express any interest back at you, then he wont ask you out. You cant make him ask you out. If you want him so much, then you should ask him out if all else fails.

If he's a shy and anxious guy he'll need to to be blatantly obvious that you like him. Laughing and touching him are usually big clues.

im no guy but you cant MAKE a huy ask you out thats as stupid as people saying how can i make them love me its silly just be your self if they dont appreciate who you are then they dont deserve you
