- nice to meet you
Nice to meet you too.
- see you
Okay, good bye (among others).
- take care
You too (among others)
The pleasure was all mine would be a response for someone saying something like "It was a pleasure meeting you."

Honestly? Just repeat what's said.
Nice to meet you too.
See you!
You take care too.
However, these sayings don't really need a reply either. You can just smile and go your own way, which is 100% acceptable. For "the pleasure is all mine", the best answer is just a smile and then moving on to another topic.

OK here goes:
nice to meet you - "likewise"
see you - "see you", or humorously "not if I see you first."
take care - "thanks, you too."
n i have heard people saying, pleasures are all mine..for what could it be a reply - What they are saying is generally "The pleasure is all mine." This usually said after someone says something like "I am pleased to meet you."
Hope this helps.

- nice to meet you (means I like you and am glad we met) usually at the beginning of a conversation, but sometimes at the end if the person decides he/she really did like meeting you
reply Nice to meet you too.
- see you or see ya or see you later (means I hope to see you again) used at the end of a conversation
reply see ya or see you later
- take care (means take care of yourselt, dont get hurt)
reply you too
pleasure's all mine
usually a response to it was nice to meet you and usually followed by a brief uncomfortable silence. Just smile and jump into the conversation or say goodbye.

just be honest, don't have a set of made up phrases, if it's nice to meet them too, says so, if you wish to see them again let them know, if it's the English thing, simply respond in your own language, i work with many Hispanic people, and it simply part of the pleasure of working with them, hearting there language around me and too me

"The pleasure's all mine" is a formal reply for "Nice to meet you." It means that it is a greater honor for you to meet them than for them to meet you.
Here's what I would usually say in response:
- nice to meet you
"Thanks, and you!" or "You too, thanks!"
It means that you thought it was nice to meet them, too.
- see you
"Til then" or "Take care" or "Bye."
- take care
"You too."
