If so what made you doubt?

I did indeed. What made me doubt? I had been taught from childhood that God was the very personification of love; a benevolent heavenly father who truly loved his earthly children. But as an adult, I could not understand why a God of love would not do something about the injustice and wickedness that was so prevalent and pervasive.

But then someone shared with me the Bible's explanation of why God has permitted such conditions and how He intends to do away with such. That satisfying explanation, coupled with the very real way in which He intervened for me on a very personal level one day was enough to make me want to investigate further.

I did. I no longer doubt. Indeed, the more I learn the more I am amazed.

No.

The evidence of God's existence is all around. Looking up on a clear night and seeing all of those stars or watching kittens or puppies play how could anyone doubt God's existence?

I think that faith means walking toward the goal despite the fact that we don't know whether the goal even exists. I think we Christians ought to admit of doubt. Doubt doesn't mean "no faith".

I think our deepest problems occur, not because of some proof of God's nonexistence, but because of some circumstance when we want to do wrong. We want to hate or be selfish and at those times, we don't want God and it begins to look like doubt.

As a child was told that God didn't make man,
but that man, made God.
I found out in 94; who the one true God is;
and have Never Once Looked back!
EVER!! So NO, NOT since 1994.
