permanent teeth don't fall out, that is why they are called permanent. It takes a problem to loosen a permanent tooth, in adulthood it is commonly a gum disease problem. Once you loose a permanent tooth, it's gone, another doesn't grow in it's place. Suggest you see a dentist.

Go to a dentist and have x-rays taken.
I am guessing :
1. You may have had a first tooth fall out, 2. you had secondary tooth fall out and you should find out why, it may cause others to do the same, 3. you may have a third tooth, some people do, in that case, yes your tooth should be replaced.
Permanent teeth can fall out.

Permanent teeth do not have other permanent teeth to replace them if they fall out.
Seek advice from your dentist immediately!

Take care of it, hon.
The only people who have grown third sets of teeth were about 100 years old, and were very rare people indeed.
