too much water is only bad if that is all your are drinking. I hope you are eating good too!!! you just have to make sure you do not deplete your body of all its minerals.

Too much of anything is bad. To figure out if you are taking in enough fluids, look at the color of your urine. Is it clear or light straw colored? Then you are drinking enough. Don't forget that food also contains water. A banana, for example, is 75 percent water although it seems so dry.Imagine how much water is in an apple or berries. So you have to remember food as good water sources. I don't think that it is necessary to physically drink glasses of water considering that there are other sources that supply water.

Yes too much water can kill you but to do that you need to drink a lot of water (litres and litres) in a very short space of time. Sipping or regular mouthfulls of water all day is good. 4 or 5 litres spread over 12 or so hours is ok.

What!? You sound like a typical, misinformed, deluded, gullable overweight woman. Stop being so insecure.

Water will add around 1-2lbs of weight per day. This weight is constant. That is, it is usually ALWAYS being carried by your body while you are hydrated. Dehydrated? Well, apart from feeling lethargic, and generally ill, you will be around 1-2lbs lighter. But this isn't going to make you drop a dress size.

In fact, you won't even see it in the mirror - all you'll see is a gaunt, plastic-skinned face thanks to being so parched.

Stop being so pathetic!

If you want to lose weight it is easy: less calories IN, moe calories OUT.

So aim for around 1500 calories per day, no more, NO less. Do not diet, they do not work and are all a big, fat fraud made up to sell magazines to women just like you who are gullable and insecure enough to buy and beleive them.

Do not starve yourself either. It will totally screw your metabolism and will mean as soon as normal eating inevitably resumes, your body will try to store every calorie it can get as body fat in case it ends up starving again. So you will end up even bigger than what you are now.

Basically, eat healthy, cut ALL crap out of your diet and do some intense (that's intense) exercise 3-5 times per week for at least 45 minutes. Also do weight training as well - the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn by just sitting there - so it aids weight loss.

I don't want to sound mean, but sometimes the truth hurts. There are NO quick fixes to weight loss. You must face your lard demons - put in the commitment and effort - and then beat them. Otherwise, just be happy to be "big boned"...

the more water you drink, the less likely you are to have water retention, and it takes an enormous amount of water to cause any serious problems such as water intoxication. If you drink between 2 and 4 liters of water every day you will do well.

Yes, too much of anything is bad. 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, is all you need.
