The net heights are different for men and women.

For men, it's 7' 11 5/8", while for women it's 7' 4 1/8".

Generally, net height is determined by age groups and whether the match will be Male/Female/Co-Ed.

For Men: the height is 2.43m (7' 11 5/8")
Women: height is 2.24m (7' 4 1/8")

It would also be determined by where you're playing. Different areas use different heights depending on whether they are using FIVB rules, USAV rules, or High School.

Mens net is 7'11 and 5/8". Women's is 7'4 1/4". Coed is 7'11 5/8". Reverse Coed is 7'4 1/4". Then depending on age groups the net heights change.
