I was riding today and I tried out my brand new skinsuit. And of course a moron in a car on a cellphone almost hit me. I have some serious road rash on my shoulder, upper back, butt and thighs. What is the easiest and least painfull way to peel off the skinsuit and leave my skin intact?

from a crouching position, similar to the position when in the aerobars. one shoulder at a time. Remove it from the least damaged shoulder/side first, then the other. Do not stand erect until you have it pulled off both shoulders.

When actually pulling the fabric, pull it perpendicular to the skin, in short movements, down your shoulders. Don't pull the fabric so it actually rubs the skin - away, then backwards/down. Use this method anywhere the fabric contacts raw flesh.

If I have shorts on when I crash, i often find that the easiest thing to do is to wear them into the shower and let the water loosen up the wound a little bit. You are going to need to wash it out well either way. This allows the water to free up some of the fabric while it cleanses.
