what is the best way, and the were doy you put them (in the door panle its self or do you put them in the door) and were would you put the cross over to make it the nices looking

The best place to mount the mid-woofer is to the door metal; that's where the stock speaker is located. I'd recommend applying some damping material, like Dynamat, to the sheet metal. If you have a separate tweeter, it can be mounted to the door panel (the stock tweeter is mounted on the panel).

It's so easy to run new wire into a GM truck door that there's no reason not to keep the crossovers inside the cabin. They can go in the kick panels, or you can mount them near your amplifier.
