It means he doesn't think you will do "dirty" things sexually or casually hook up. He is either complimenting you or he is baiting you to see if you will prove him wrong. Many times I have heard guys saying something similar to a girl and when she shoots back that "she isn't that good" or some other form of the same answer, he turns it on her and tells her to prove it. This is a very common college hook up line.
