navy seals or force recon i have heard they are similar but navy seals are a bit harder in training because of hell weak?

Both are very challenging, with very high standards to qualify, and very high attrition rates. Their purposes are slightly different. I would the answer to your question would be based on the task in front of you.
Qualifying, and meeting the grade, for either organization, is very high praise in-deed. I am grateful they are both on our side.

The in-doc courses that they go through is where the difference is made. Navy SEALS have the hardest training in the world. People hear about "Hell Week", but what they don't realize is that there is still more than five months of physical and mental training after that. In the fleet SEALS and Force do similar things, but SEALS is the more high speed of the two.

Depends on what you want to do!
People are always talking the Navy Seals. I don't think they are the most elite in the military! Very good yes, but the best?I don't think so!

SEALs are hardest. No questions asked. They beat the crap out of you not just physically but psychologically as well. One of my friends is training to be a SEAL, its one of the hardest positions in the U.S. Military.

both are very physically taxing and require a lot of mental and physical strength.
but, they do different things as far as missions go....
if i were to choose which has harder training....i would say marine corps force recon.

They are both elite groups.Training is excessive and extremely demanding both physically and mentally.You don't just sign up for either one.These are usually military personal with rank and very strong leadership abilities.There is much involved in being picked for these two groups.
