i am 136 and size 7/8 i have 1/2 and inch of the stomach. im a teen,

No. I'd date a woman of your proportions. You're normal. :)
But when I was your age, I thought too much about what other people would think. Expect guys your age to be the same way (and if you're honest you're probably a bit that way as well).
As guys mature, they will take more interest in you.

Studies (Georgia State University, if you'd like to verify) have proven that people who eat 5-6 times a day keep their metabolism up and lose weight faster than people who eat one, two or three large meals a day. When you eat two or three large meals a day, it causes a spike in insulin levels, which can cause your body to convert what you eat into fat.

Eat balanced meals, and have a healthy snack every 2-3 hours. Snacking helps keep your metabolism up and your body will burn the calories you take rather than store them.

Healthy snacks include:

Nuts such as almonds
fruits and veggies
oatmeal
berries (excellent source of vitamins and antioxidants)
peanut butter
whole wheat bread and crackers

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

no you are still growing, your body is still developing. however if you feel like a cow then do basic exercises and develop a healthy routine/ lifestlye now so that later you are able to maintain the size that you want. every girl wants to look and feel like a supermodel but the truth is that not everyone has to look like that to be beautiful. i know "fat" girls who are beautiful and "skinny" girls who are ugly. find out what size you feel more comfortable with then just be you. don't let your size make who you are.

No you are not a cow,STOP putting yourself down. I was your same weight when I was your age and same height, don't be so hard on yourself, learn to love yourself from the inside, tell yourself: "I AM BEAUTIFUL" every time you look in the mirror and when you feel confident about yourself mentally it will show on the outside and people will notice a change in you.

Eat light but not within 4 hours of sleep. It's a healthy lifestyle. Then just be happy with yourself.

No, your weight is fine. BTW. It is not nice to refer to people as "Cows" if they have a little extra weight. It is really insulting to people on this site that are heavy.
