3 cups whole milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 cup raisins, soaked in warm water to soften
1 cup rice, short or medium grain
Bring milk to a simmer. Stir in rice, add in cinnamon sticks and simmer until rice is softened, about 15-20 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks and stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a slight simmer and cook for an additional 20 minutes or until almost all of the liquid is absorbed and rice has a pudding-like consistency. Serve hot topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon or butter.

One cup rice, two cups of milk and one cup sugar, saffron if you have to sprinkle, you may add cashew or almond chopped. Cook the rice in milk at low flame, add sugar when rice is half cooked and add the rest when you find the rice is nearly soft. Allow it to cool and serve in small bowls with a spoon! This should be enough for at least six people. Depending on the number of people, you can decide the quantity. Enjoy your pudding!

I saw this recipe made on TV. It was fast, easy and looks delicious! Plus she gives a recipe for a blueberry compote and put condensed milk on top to make it extra creamy:
