....i just got back from working in coffeyville kansas which was declared a disaster area by the government...70,000 gallons of oil spilled from a ruptured pipeline after the flood...i went with a crew of 30 people to do clean up..7 days a week,10 hours a day,7 dollars an hour....25 of the people couldnt talk english, all the supervisors were white,we were sleeping 5 people to a motel room, the only people who were complaining were the two white guys and the one black guy....whats my question?no question i just wanted to let you "americans"who gripe about illegal immigrants that they are busting their butts to clean up your messes...oh and all the people who live there or work there were required to have a tetnus shot before they were even allowed in the area but we didnt even get told about that hazard to our health...if you have a gripe about mexicans then you need to go get the job you dont want them "taking" from you

hey numbnuts, let me ask you something. seven bucks an hour tax free is more than seven bucks isn't it? how much are we losing in social security due to ILLEGALS NOT PAYING IN?
you sound like most idiotic liberals who only state facts they want to state to make only their case.
you have no idea what your talking about. Then again if you worked in kansas, i'd expect nothing less.

so you are saying that its ok to take advantage of illegals? The reason business want these illegals to stay is b/c they can get a lot of labor out of them for very little, like in the case you mentioned, they were payed $7. If there were no illegals to do that job, they'd be forced to pay at least $10-12 or even more to get Americans to do that work. So stop trying to defend illegals, b/c the only reason they are a benefit, is b/c they are taken advantage of.

I agree with you, but I think that a lot of illegal immigrant problems is that they don't accept American culture. But there are hard working illegal immigrants.

Coal mining is still one of the most dangerous jobs in this country and you don't see illegals doing it.

Did you think only that people doing that job? Undocumented aliens are working same as legal immigrants.. that's their fault that is why they can't get a better job.

I think you would change your mind if God forbid one of your family members was killed by a drunk driver who is here illegally that has no license and no insurance.

Hard working or not it still does not make it right. Illegal is illegal.

Amen! I have seen many undocumented volunteers- in our schools, our festivals, and, many other times. I hate that no one speaks out for the many good undocumented workers that there are.
