Anything you can make as a sandwich on bread, you can make as a wrap - just use a tortilla instead of bread, and roll it up.
Some things I've done with success:
PB&J Wrap
Peanut butter
Jelly
Small tortilla
Spread PB onto tortilla, then spread jelly onto peanut butter. Roll up tightly. Roll can also be sliced into "pinwheels" for snacking.
*-*-*-*-*-*-*
Mexican Wrap
Refried beans
Large tortilla
Shredded cheese (optional)
Tomato and/or salsa
Sliced avocado (optional)
Shredded lettuce
Spread refried beans onto tortilla. Add remaining ingredients in the order they're listed, and roll up.

My fav. is buff. chicken. Use ready made or defrost some chicken breast, cut into cubes and fry with butter (on about 5.5 so you don't burn the butter). Use hot sauce, tom., olives, lettuce, ch. cheese, onion (take out or add what you don't like). Oh with mine after I fry the cubed chicken breast, when there is about a minute left I add butter and red hot) it is so good. Then wrap with veg. and cheese (at home I also use ranch, blu cheese, or sour cream as a sauce). I love it.

*Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato (w/ salt & pepper ) wrap
* Scrambled Eggs & bacon, sausage or ham (easy on the go)
**Spread Vanilla Yogurt (like you would Mayo), then sliced
Banana & Strawberries
**Lettuce, Mayo, Sweet Roasted Red & Green Peppers with
spray with Oil, Vinegar & a little salt & pepper & garlic
**Chicken Salad w/Lettuce (cook & dice leftover chicken, mix
Mayo, Vanilla Yogurt, Sweet Relish, choped Celery, Water
Chestnuts & Red Grapes) chopped Water Chestnuts adds
crunch
He told me he has to fight his friends off to 'keep those w/2 stars'
Pretty much anything in your fridge, you can make as a wrap, best 'to go by what "your" child likes, that way you know "they"
will eat it ' good luck & have fun

The healthiest is your choice of ingredients (meat, cheese, tuna, chicken or egg salad, wrapped in in lettuce leaves! You can also wrap grilled or cooked vegies, like asparagus, zucchini, eggplant, etc., after cooling well, with a little dressing, in lettuce leaves. The softer, more pliable leaves like Boston bib works best.
