Should I tell him before he leaves?

My friend of over a year is leaving back to his home country for sure. We developed a wonderful and close friendship; both of us went through some situations and we were there for eachother. For a couple of months, I've been seeing him as more than a friend and I think he has the same feelings towards me, but is too shy to speak up. I am going to miss him so much when he leaves; should I tell him my feelings before he leaves or just let them sit in the air?

No. What' the point to tell him if he is definitely leaving back to his home country and will not be coming back here. If you don't tell him, both of you still close friends via email. but if tell him, and you may have a few months sweet time, but what happened after that, hard to let the feeling go and both of you will be so hurt.....one of you may be not contacting the other as that perosn may think if continously keep in touch will be harder to forget the other person....then, both of you may not be able to become friends.

as soon as possible.. you girls wont recover even the god comes to world.. you will never show up a guy you love when he is with you .. after you feel you are going to miss him only, you will search for.. first dont sit and wait... ask out frankly..

Tell him. It is a release, and you won't have to blame yourself later on and say "I should have told him and....,"

If you tell him and the feeling is not mutual, you should not lose your self-respect. Because you were only being true and no one ever gets blamed for saying the truth.
