Sales people often travel a lot and often they are payed on commission so if you are very personable you can make a great deal of money. Or you could be a flight attendant ( I think I'd rather be on a yacht though, that sounds like fun! ).

Some sales jobs involve travel, but you sound like you would like to see the world, rather than a sales territory. You may want to consider learning to drive a semi for a national trucking firm. They make good money and have the opportunity to go all over the country.

You could also join the US Navy and see the world!

For about five years, I had a traveling job. I was home almost every weekend, by my choice. While I enjoyed being in different areas, the actual traveling to get there began to wear on me toward the end.

Good luck with your career search!

Try working on a cruise ship or hostess on a yacht.
Put a resume on craigslist in Miami. Or Monster.com
If you are in college, try a semester abroad to see if it clicks.
Work at an overnight camp or be a chapparone on a group tour for teens. There are a lot of jobs that include business travel to other places, but they are typically in sales and you must be a little more "senior" than entry level.

traveling door to door salesman - you get to sick ina car for hours and drive around everyday. Long haul truck driver - 10 hrs a day on the open road. flight attendant - probably not a lot of openings - would have to rent an apt with 4 or 5 other people in 2 different places, since they don't pay much. Good luck finding work on a yacht - I'm sure there's tons of them hiring thousands of people at great wages - NOT

Major in Biology, concentrate or specialize in zoology or wildlife, and get a minor (or even better major) in film, journalism, or mass communication. Then try really hard and persevere. There's a ton of people trying already, and the thing that holds most truth in biology is that the ones that persevere eventually reach spawning grounds. Those that give up are washed away by the current. Good luck.

Airline stewardess or a travel agent.
You could write or be an investigator for travel books like LonelyPlanet.

Do not think that the 'grass is greener' on the other side of the fence because of travelling. Talk to some folks who must travel extensively for a career. Most will tell you that hotel room living and constant restaurant eating wear thin VERY quickly.

Both my wife and I travel extensively for business, and neither of us are thrilled until we get back home to our own house.
