For those of you who know me.....for those of you who don"t, please bear with me for a moment.
I have changed my name from Lysdexic ( I found this funny, because I am hopelessly dyslexic, and I was hoping that is would make it easier for all of you to understand that I make a lot of spelling errors).
My new name is to direct some people to a link httpsilentlambs.org because I was abused and silenced by these people and every time I try to post a question concerning Jehovah's Witnesses and the child abuse cover up issue, I get my question taken down for violating some hidden rule.
I refuse to be silenced any longer.......
In the past I have receives some vicious replies from Jehovahs Witnesses....we'll see what happens this time.....

No.
The terms "silent" and "silenced" imply that protestations (regarding complaints real and imagined) have ceased or been forced to cease. Neither "silent" nor "silenced" seem to accurately describes the current ongoing propaganda campaign of anti-Witnesses such as this questioner.
What kinds of persons will be silenced by Jehovah God in the future?
(1 Samuel 2:9-10) As for the wicked ones, they are silenced in darkness... As for Jehovah, those contending against him will be terrified
(Psalm 94:22-23) Jehovah will become a secure height for me, And my God the rock of my refuge. And he will turn back upon them their hurtfulness And will silence them with their own calamity. Jehovah our God will silence them.
(Psalm 143:11-12) For the sake of your name, O Jehovah, may you preserve me... And in your loving-kindness may you silence my enemies; And you must destroy all those showing hostility

All things can be changed,But your soul only God can change.Call on Jesus because there is no other name where by you can be saved and forgiven and have your name put into the lambs book of life.P.S."17": He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. Wish you well with your new name.

Firstly, clearly you are still alive and proclaiming your beliefs, so saying you are scilenced doesn't fit. So no I don't think so, as I understood it the Lysdexic title was a good pun on the fact that you have dyslexia. That seemed more fitting, at least it showed something about yourself.
As for replies, I have gotten responses from people pretending to be many things, sadly many of them were simply pretending to be what they claimed. One consequence of putting one's self out there is one invites responses.

I love the new name! I had an answer removed because the JW didn't like what I wrote. There may be good and bad in all religions, but JW's are tops for trying to silence people. I created quite a stir in my local congregation when I wouldn't shut up. I am very proud of you for being so determined and strong! Keep up the fight!

I like the name fit well, I feel that way sometimes, great site too.
I know where you come from on the child abuse issue, while attended the church I grew up in, it was actually encouraged. As a survivor of abuse, I take a firm stand against those who commit it and those who enable it.

testify, sistah. While reading their past replies to you, I often wondered if they'd say the same thing to your face if you were a child still enduring the torture. "oh, you must've remembered it incorrectly or no man of jehovah would do something like that, it's all in your imagination, not Jehovah's fault, etc." (or somesuch).
Just once I'd like to see a sincere apology without any rhetoric or wordplay. A simple, humanistic "I'm so sorry that happened to you." would suffice.
By the way, I rather like your new name, it's poetic.

I personally know a family who was in that for years and didn't know their children were being abused by church members. I saw the damage. I taught one of their children. Don't you ever be silent. Don't you ever stop telling the truth. I too know it is true. I met the mother who wrote one of those documents you mentioned. I won't say which one, because that might get back to the child, but YOU ARE RIGHT!

I love your new name! ( you know ..I always look for your answers and enjoy reading them..) and your questions.
You have been through a lot in your life as a JW's..I applaud you..I can only imagine the pain you have suffered..
I also know how hard it is to let go of that religion..to see the real truth..It takes courage and it takes God's spirit working with us..Our Lord Jesus..he is awesome..The love I feel for my fellow Christians is just a small drop compared to the love Jesus our Lord feels for us..Its mind boggling..Keep on keeping on..Don't ever stop fighting..
