I have someone in my family who always looks me up and down I'm a female and she's a female. I mean if we are all going out I might do it but then I say that's a nice shirt or shoes or something, but this person just looks at me with a weird grin on her face, plus she does it all the time what do you think that means?

Well sometimes sweetie people have insecurities with themselves and maybe this is the case. Maybe she stares you up and down because she wants what you have girls are like that. Do you get more compliments from your family or do they talk about your accomplishments more? THat could cause jealousy and that could cause her to look you up and down...a girls wway of figuring out..."what is it about this girl that i dont have" or " what is it about this girl that i really want" Lets just hope that this is the case and that your relative is not some prevert! LOL! People do that to me too. I work with someone who does the same damn thing to me! It's like you want to say, have you ever seen boobs before? She probably likes your clothes and thinks you are pretty. Just take it as a compliment thats all, but i know what your talking about, haha!

That behavior is actually a provocation. You know, and everyone knows, that that behavior is gross. And she does it even as she knows that you know - - - thus the grin.
There are 2 reasons why she is doing that, and you alone would know:
1.Either she is just jealous of you (for whatever reason), or
2. She is on on your dirty secret, and the looking up and down is her way of saying " and you think I don't know?"

1) She is admiring you
2) She likes your clothes
3) You remind her of someone
4) She thinks your choice of clothes are weird
5) She has the exact clothes that you wear (!!!)

she could be a lesbian and likes the way you look(even tho you are related, its kinda creepy tho), or she could be making fun of you, or she just thinks you look cute and stuff.
