= kawaiine. (for adult and child)
you're beautiful
=kireidesune. (polite) not for child
=anata ha utsukushii hito desune. (polite)

beautiful = kirei / utsukushii .
kirei na onna no hito desu = she is a beautiful woman .
you are a beautiful woman = anata wa kirei na onna desu / anata wa kirei desu ( I'm not sur ) .
