let's start saying that the verb "bailar", is a regular verb finished by (AR), there are some pattens to conjugate regular verbs, and they are easier to learn.
AR regular verbs present conjugation:
Yo stem+o
Tú stem+as
El/ellas stem+a
Nosotros/as stem+amos
Vosotros/as stem+áis
ellos/ellas stem+an
usted stem+a
ustedes stem+an
the stem is the part that we obtain if we take out (AR) from the verb.
ex: (bailar) BAIL= stem
following the patterns above, we can absolutely conjugate the verb.
so it would be:
ustedes bailan ( ustedes stem+an)
nosotros bailamos ( nosotros stem+amos)
usted baila ( usted stem+a)
yo bailo ( yo stem+o) that was already ok!

The correct conjugation is:
yo bailo
tú bailas
el/ella/ud baila
nosotros bailamos
vosotros bailáis
ellos/ellas/ustedes bailan
It's a totally regular -ar verb. all regular ar verbs end
-o
-as
-a
-amos
-áis
-an.
This means that, as the endings are all different, you can tell who the speaker is referring to even if they don't use the personal pronoun (i.e. I, you, he, she, it etc.).
Hope this helps.

Look at Louse D's paradigm and learn it. You'll soon recognise that in the present tense any verb ending in 'o' is what's called the first person - 'I' in English, 'yo' in Spanish.
