They're both the same drink, except one is bottled and the other one you prepare yourself usually. Unless you get someone to make it!
The problem I have with the bottled kinds is that they usually contain lots of sugar first of all. secondly, the antioxidants and EGCG normally found in relatively significant amounts in hot brewed tea could possibly be absent in the bottled kinds. You don't know how they make the stuff. It could be just a concentrate of green tea. In that case, the antioxidants would be a lot less. You have more control of the tea when you make it. Put it over ice if you want, drink it straight, put a bit of sweetneer in it. , etc ect. good luck on your weight loss program.

Green tea is useful because will help you eliminate the tocsins but don't expect to lose so much weight with it.
You should also have an active life, make sport and eat healthy.
!!! To much green tea might keep u awake all night!
I suggest bottled when you travel and regular green tea at home.

I find that hot tea works the best. Not the bottled stuff. I like the taste of the Tetley Green Tea Blend. You will need more than one cup a day though. You can also try eating a half of grapefruit before meals or no sugar added grapefruit juice. Lots of water too! Don't forget your vitamins (with Chromium, B6, B12) for an added boost.

leaf tea is better for you--no added ingredients--but if you are more likely to follow thru by using the Lipton tea, go for it. by the way, i think the Lipton diet tea is disgusting, but the regular flavors, especially the one with white tea, is fantastic. just remember they probably have a lot of sugar added. maybe not so hot for your diet.

if your doing it to drop the pounds stay away from pre bottle lipton tea. it has way way to much sugar to help you lose weight. just go to the store and buy a box of lipton green tea bags. you just throw it in a cup of hot water and theres your tea. if your really hard core don't add an sugar because that offsets the bonus you get with just more fats. but if you don't like tea much (like me, don't get me wrong i'm not going to lie to you or me. i think tea "strait up" sucks) i would just go with one sugar packet or just one spoon full.
but stay away from bottled tea its way to sugary all around.
