I first gotta say that if you care anything about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which includes watching your caloric intake, the only thing you should ever drink at Starbuck's is the water...
The regular Caramel Frappuccino has 380 calories in a Grande size (the medium), and the Caramel Frappuccino Light has 160 calories in a Grande.
However, if you order the regular Caramel Frappuccino without whipped cream, you lose 110 calories. That's some fattening stuff!

Who cares. It's the sugar that screws you over in the end (and contributes the most to calories), and there's about as much sugar in one of those as there is in a can of pop.
