What ever you use may cause toxic shock and cause permanent brain damage if they survive. The idea is to wait until the kittens are older if possible and use a flea comb until then to try to remove the fleas outside. And remove all bedding and wash it and use a good flea prevention for nursing mothers on the mother and any other animals you have in their vicinity. I have used a VERY diluted form of flea shampoo on a very young kitten that was going to die otherwise from a flea and tick infestation but you must be sure to put non steroidal ointment in the eyes and cotton in ht ears and not get ANY of the solution in the nose ears, eyes or mouth. You have to be quick and rinse well. It may not kill all fo the fleas but it should help. However I wouldn't recommend it on kittens this small the chance of fatality is very high.

I had the same problem when I found a stray 3 week old kitten. First, you try to drown them. You just put some warm water in a sink and put the kitten without getting water in his mouth. Then if you see a flea on him, you just try to pull it off or if it won't come off then kinda sway him around a little and keep trying to pull it off. Then dry him with a towel and a hairdrier on low. Then go to Wal-Mart or something and buy Adams Flea Spray! It says only 12 weeks or older but you can use it on kittens as young as a day old! Just do that 2 times a day until you don't see any fleas on him! Good Luck ma' friend!

There are flea medications available from the vet for very young kittens. Anything you buy at the store could be dangerous. Consult your vet for the proper dosages. Good luck with your new kittens!

Take them and gently wash them with a very mild soap and water, fleas will drown, and then consult a vet to ask them what kind of flea treatment you can put on such a young kitten. You have to be careful about using any type of flea killing product on very young cats, it can make them sick.

Spray them with Frontline. Careful, use the spray not the spot-on. And avoid their faces. Don't put too much spray on them, just press the button 2-3 times max. for each of them. And make sure they or the mother don't lick it off while it is still wet.

You might have to wait unit they are older to give them a flees bath and collars. might need to get flee powder but i would read it be for putting it done.
