They are really red and noticeable, i wear make up but its no use, they look the same. They are really getting me down, I always get them, I use freederm gel, am on the pill. have tried everything! please help!

First things first... Do you take your make-up off every night? In not that's not helping your complextion. Are the spots really pimples or something else... Like an irritant ? Or rash? If you use harsh soaps/cleansers on your skin it could irritate it causing bumps... I had the same problem and I switched my cleansing routine. Try cetaphil creamy cleanser 2x a day morning/night and if you have oily skin or oily t-zone use a cotton pad with Witch Hazel on it.. Both are found at the drugstore and are pretty inexpensive.. Also, at night if you have bangs or long hair.. Try sleeping with a soft headband in your hair to keep it off your face.. I use an old sleeve from a t-shirt... Oh, use a bit of baking soda a couple times a week in your cleanser to exfoliate it's mild and gentle and it makes your skin really soft and has an healing quality... Good luck

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.
