We also treated my apartment, but she still doesn't want to come inside. She cries and paws at the door until I let her out everyday when I get home. She also hides in the weirdest places, like in the fireplace, or the lining of my couch. Does anyone have a clue what's wrong with my kitty?

Can you provide a few more details on what has been done to her? Was she lethargic prior to being treated or has it only happened since? Is she biting or scratching herself excessively? She could be allergic to the flea treatment if so. Is she eating or drinking?

Depending on her age, some of her hiding behavior is normal. If she's a much older cat, over 5 years or so, she may be just reacting to the change in her environment.

The major concern is if she's not eating or drinking then she needs to be checked by a vet.

Well my cat does the scrathing the door thing but here's the story:
My aunt got this cat when he was 2 and his previous owners let him outside so she had to or else he would be upset. Well when we moved to a new neighborhood, a ferrel cat attacked him about 2-3 months ago and his butt was bruised and his tail was limp and just now he is lifting his tail again and now that he is feeling better he wants to go outside but we don't let him so now he just sits on the coffee table all day staring at the coffee table. Sooooooo sad! Your cat of course just sounds like he is weird. Lol!

Does she usually want to go outside? She may just want a male cat to have a little fun with! Better watch it. LOL Or you have to watch some of those chemicals people use in treating fleas. The best flea treatment from my experince has always been frontline. Never use hartz anything!

Hiding, being lethargic, and pawing at the door to go out sound like a very normal behaviour for a cat. As for lethargic, if it is hot wjere you live, this is what you should expect her to be like.

I would bathe her. She probably has way to much chemicals in her body and if thats the case she will die from over medicating her. Also try airing out your apartment. Make sure she drinks plenty of water and is eating.
