You're speaking of "weakness",
Your statement sounds like a strength.
Early on, MY weakness was trying to do too much by myself.
I had to learn how to delegate more tasks to others.
The difficuly that I had was allowing them to make their mistakes and then critique their work.
It was easier and faster to do it myself. I had to learn patience when teaching others. Then I was able to delegate confidently.

I have interviewed 100's over my career. Those are the stock sort of questions, greatest strengths, weaknesses, etc. The main thing is just feeling you out, seeing how you might fit with the company - I'm assuming this is a management or a professional type job. It's important to understand how well you might work in a team and things like that. Your academics or work history has already been checked. Your answer I didn't care for because it sounds too planned, made up and what I would expect to hear.

It is unlikely that most interviewers are straining their ears to hear your list of weaknesses. They simply want to see how you handle the question.
Some job candidates can get away with an answer like,” While I certainly have weaknesses, I don’t believe I have any that are significant to the position. As you’ve described the position to me, I think it would allow me to call upon my strengths.”
If you don’t feel you could pull that off, name a weakness that is first, not closely related to the position for which you are interviewing, and second, a technical skill that you can easily learn rather than a shortcoming in your personality, which is very difficult to change. Then tell the interviewer how you are working to improve your weak spot.
Peace and blessings!

You should say your greatest weakness is interviews. You should say that although you know you would be great at the job, you find yourself becoming nervous in the interview process.
That way, they will see you are really not that nervous, so therefore , your worst weakness is not that bad!

If they ask you, "how do you see that as a weakness", what would you say? I think you should twist it a little and say that you are an over-achiever, and that when things are not accomplished on time or the way they were planned, you get frustrated. Check these sites for additonal tips, they have helped me.
