what can I do to have a better vision or what can i eat can watching let screen like tv and computer make my vision better?

anti-reflective layers on glasses or contacts , green tea , fruits , green leafy vegetables , any thing contains carotene

carrots are said to help with vision, but that is the same thing with all vitamins, they only go so far. You should make sure you give your eyes rest from using too much of the computer and too much tv during the day also or you end up straining your eyes.

Short of corrective lenses or LASIK surgery, which you have to be at least 18 to get, once your vision is impaired, as far as I know, it is alway impaired.

Vitamin A prevents night blindness. Exercises can strengthen your muscles. But staring at a computer or TV screen puts additional strain on your eyes and, as my mother used to say, "You'll ruin your eyes". Well maybe it's not that bad, but it sure doesn't help.

Don't sit too close to TV and carrots are a good veggie for eye sight.
