I'm a Filipino and plans to take a vacation in the US. How long would it take to process a tourist visa?

Right now in Manila the wait for an interview appointment for a tourist visa is 20 days. After the application is approved, it takes 3 days to get your passport and visa back. The times vary, as someone else mentioned, based on the time of year and the number of visa applicants. Here is the source of the information, which is updated every week by every US consular section in the world:

To process, it takes about 1-2 hours. It is the waiting time for the interview and the delivery time back to you after the processing that takes toooooo long. Wait times differ month to month. Would you believe that the interview will take you only 10 minutes tops?**

theses day being on high vacation time for travelers , it may take longer ?
you also must show some ties to your country ,such as jobs , letter from your employer , maybe if you have some property , family in the Philippines, as to prove your willingness to go back to your country after your visa is expired in the US ;
