Worst case scenario....a juvenile can be detained (arrested) and pursued in the juvenile court system for whatever criminal offense occurs.

Traffic violation....a traffic ticket. Myself, like many of my fellow officers, will also telephone a parent or legal guardian to insure they are aware of the violation.

if you have a permit that says you can drive by yourself or a licence, unless your driving in a time your not supposed to, or speeding, or anything like that, nothing except10 minutes sitting there
