What can I do to relieve the pain in my legs? I know it has to do with taking too much time off from doing wts lunges etc.....but i can't walk...Ran this morning but only 2 miles....wanted to loosen up. Been thru this before but need some advice

always stretch after training, it stretches the muscles and helps relief pain.
drink lots of water for the folid acid in your muscles, this also helps, the less folic acid, the less pain.
cooling stuff, Ben gay etc rub it in good.
but most of all, continue training, 'couse the muscles need to adapt, if you stop or rest to long, the pain Will be worst every time you start all over

Take a couple of Advil, it might help. Take a nice hot bath too. Sore muscles is good, it's a sign that your muscles are getting stronger.

I take a hot shower, apply Aspercream and Ben-Gay.
(Maybe some coated aspirin.)
